Principal

Rachel Goldfarb is the founder and Managing Member of Praedium Law Group. She is both a litigator and a transactional attorney, focusing her practice on real estate, land use, construction law, business organizations, and homeowners’ association law. She continues to achieve success in her dedicated representation of clients spanning the community, including landowners, developers, business owners, investors, homeowners, and homeowners’ associations.

Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. She started practicing law in 2003 and is actively licensed in Washington, Oregon, New Jersey, and numerous federal and appellate courts across the country. She holds inactive law licenses in states where she previously practiced, including Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.

Rachel volunteers her time and experience providing pro bono legal services for families through the Camas School District and through the Small Business Legal Clinic at Lewis and Clark Law School, volunteering time and contributing to the West Columbia Gorge Humane Society, and serving as the Chair of the Education Committee at Congregation Kol Ami.

Outside the office, Rachel dedicates her time to her family and their 4-legged members. She loves to travel and explore, and endeavors to see the world.
