Kaitlyn LeBlanc

Kaitlyn joined Praedium after beginning her legal career as a Legal Assistant in 2024, serving clients throughout Clark County. She earned her Paralegal Certificate in 2025 and brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to her work. Kaitlyn assists our attorneys in nearly every facet of our practice and takes pride in keeping clients informed, supported, and confident throughout their legal journeys.

 

Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon and began her career in Teach for America before transitioning to the legal field. Her background provides her with a strong foundation for communication, organization, and understanding the unique needs of each client.

 

Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys discovering everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer, including new restaurants and hidden gems, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with loved ones.
