Sierra joined the Praedium family in 2024 with over 6 years of experience in the legal field. Sierra earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, where she majored in creating writing, later earning a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University. With a background in real estate and estate planning under both Oregon and Washington law, Sierra’s communication and writing skills, together with her client-first approach, has earned her the success she enjoys as a paralegal. 

Sierra’s personal achievements extend beyond the office: Sierra successfully completed “The World’s Toughest Row,” a rowing race from Monterey Bay, CA, to Kawai, HI, which spans over 2,800 nautical miles. Sierra and her team trained vigorously for two years, completing the feat in a mere forty days unassisted by a trailing sail or power boat.

In her free time, Sierra enjoys powerlifting, dancing, snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with her fiancé and their loving pets.
